Each garment is carefully inspected by our team before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help — your satisfaction is our priority. Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Personalized items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be made via an insured and trackable shipping service.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, including gift cards (we cannot refund to another payment form if a gift card was used).

Important Conditions

  • Please contact us before sending any return. Unapproved returns or those not meeting our policy will not be refunded.

  • Items bought during sales, promotions, or using discount codes over 10% are non-returnable. This includes Free Shipping or Buy 1 Get 1 promotions.

  • Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label. Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.

Return Timeline

Once your return is received and verified, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. We’ll notify you via email when the refund is issued.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us with:

– A photo or video of the item
– Your full shipping address
– A contact phone number
Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost — no return required.

Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges
