SHIPPING & HANDLING
Expedited handling ensures your order is processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). During high-demand periods such as promotions, holidays, or product launches, please allow up to 5 business days (or longer) for your order to be prepared.

Production Time: 2 – 6 business days. Each item is custom-made just for you. We take the extra time to ensure premium craftsmanship — thank you for your patience.

Shipping Time and Fee:

  • Standard Shipping: $10.99

  • Estimated Delivery: 7 – 10 business days

We currently offer standard shipping only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship to U.S. Military bases at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 7–10 days for your tracking number to activate. If the tracking hasn’t updated, it simply means the package hasn’t been scanned yet. Once it enters the carrier’s system, updates will appear. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 12 business days, depending on the carrier. Please note: transit time does not include production time.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or declared undeliverable by the carrier, we’ll notify you via email. Once the returned item is received, we’ll process a refund for the subtotal of your order. Refunds are issued only after the returned parcel reaches our facility. Please allow 2–8 business days after that for your bank to post the funds.

Be sure to double-check your address at checkout. Fox Trendy Style is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information. If you request forwarding or rerouting from the shipping carrier after the order leaves our facility, we are not liable for any resulting loss, delay, or damage.

During a Free Worldwide Shipping promotion, any returned package due to incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal, or “return to sender” will be refunded minus the standard shipping and handling fees that would have applied without the promotion.
